My name is Trace Clinkenbeard, and I am the Clinical Care Supervisor at Facial Surgery Group. I joined the practice in 2022 as a Surgical Assistant, later served as our Implant Coordinator, and now oversee our clinical teams as Clinical Care Supervisor. I originally came to Facial Surgery Group with the goal of attending dental school, but along the way I discovered a career and a team that truly felt like home. My role is centered on supporting our doctors, team members, and referring offices by simplifying complex treatment concepts, answering questions, and helping create a seamless experience for both patients and providers. I believe that sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration strengthens not only our practice but the dental community as a whole. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me at home with my wife and our two cats, out on the golf course, or reading a good book.

My name is Ingrid Keizer, and I am the Director of Marketing for Facial Surgery Group. Over the last decade, you may have seen me wandering into your office with chocolate chip cookies, an invitation to an event, or simply stopping by to see how things are going. I see my role less as a marketing position and more of a resource for the dental community. My goal is to help connect dentists and their teams with continuing education opportunities, professional resources, and what I believe to be the region’s finest Oral & Maxillofacial surgeons. I believe that continuing education and professional development strengthens not only individual practices but our dental community as a whole. When I’m not working you can find me behind a camera, writing, or standing and looking at some historical architecture with awe.
